Pool Foremen
As part of our construction division, our pool foremen will directly lead our skilled fibreglass pool installation crew on site.
We currently have seasoned pool builders on staff, but are looking to bolster our experience as whole. This role will be defined to limit manual labour and focus on supervision, equipment operation and plumbing scopes of work on site.

Landscape Team Members
As our company continues to grow, we seek to add new staff to both our landscape construction and landscape maintenance divisions. These positions are available to inexperienced or new people to the labour market.
These positions will effectively work within a landscape construction or maintenance team, involved in all areas of landscaping such as hardscaping, softscaping, and property maintenance. You will work closely with a Crew Leader on a day-to-day basis to outline daily tasks. These positions offer full time hours on a yearly basis.

Part Time Class 3 Driver
We are currently seeking a part time class 3 driver. This position will assist our full time drivers during the week as needed. The ideal candidate is comfortable hauling materials such as rock or soil, dumping at specified locations, and has experience operating heavy equipment to assist in loading / unloading as required. You will be responsible for transporting skid steers, mini-excavators, and other small landscaping equipment. This position does require physical labour on a day to day basis while unloading and loading materials. You will travel to our shop located in St. Andrews - 8 minutes north of the city - to begin your work day. This is an ideal position for someone looking to work 20-30 hours per week, or transition into retirement. We are highly organized and provide a stress free work environment. This may be offered as a full time position to the ideal candidate.

As our company continues to grow, we seek to add a team member to our design/sales division, with experience in marketing to help build our brand.
Job Role:
This position will work within our landscape design team approx. 70% of the time. Our design team partners with clients from the initial point of contact through a finished landscape install. This requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, project management and estimating skills, and a level of creativity to design unique and original projects.
Approx. 30% of the role will be focused on branding and marketing. This will involve content creation on our project sites, photo and media creation and editing, and the ability to help build Geller's brand. This role may also involve website and social media management.
