We are currently hiring for SNOW REMOVAL TEAM MEMBERS within our snow removal division. Working at Geller's, you will participate in efficient and fun snow removal operations. You will work closely with our team leaders and equipment operators to clear both residential and commercial properties using hand shovels, snow blowers, and other small engine equipment.

Our ideal staff members will not only be skilled at their craft but enjoy using equipment on site, working with their hands in a physically demanding environment, and participating in a fun, engaging work experience. Shifts are flexible with early morning, day, evening and night hours available.

We are located in St. Andrews, MB - 8 minutes north of the perimeter highway - but we service all areas of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We try to place staff members on working teams close to their residence to minimize their commute to work.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Take direction and provide feedback

• Work a physically demanding job for long periods of time

• Follow all appropriate safety protocols

• Work with various small engine equipment and hand shovels

• Maintain a clean worksite

• Work well in a respectful, safe team environment while having fun

Experience & Qualifications:

• A valid class 5 drivers license with access to a vehicle to reach out shop

​

Required Skills:

• Strong work ethic

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to speak and understand english

• Strong work ethic with a “go getter” type attitude

Compensation & Salary:

• Salary and compensation package will be based upon successful candidate’s current skills and qualifications. Wages start at $20/hour.
