Design
Upon acceptance of our design proposal, a detailed site survey is completed. A scaled 3D model is created of your home and property within our design software. The Geller's design team will create a minimum of three individual plans for your project. These plans will vary in investment value, style, and layout, allowing you to view the potential for your yard. Your lead designer collaborates with you to revise these plans to match both your vision and project budget.

Quote
Once the design is finalized, we will work to formalize our pricing for your build. This will be presented in a detailed and transparent itemized quote. If necessary, we can continue to revise the project to realize efficiencies and cost principals within the design.

Build
During construction, you'll be in contact with the same Designer and your dedicated Project Manager every step of the way.
You will notice very limited sub-contractors
on site as we complete 95% of our work with our very own Geller's staff ensuring costs stay fair and the work is the high quality we're known for.
We also install pools!
Preserve
After completion, one of our Maintenance Managers will meet with you to review your personalized and detailed aftercare booklet. This outlines warranties, maintenance, operations and utilities.
In the event you would like Geller's to maintain your property, we have one of the largest maintenance divisions within the city ready for all of your continued property needs.
