Junior Design Team Member
Job Role:
Work collaboratively with our Design PM Team in the complete life cycle of landscape design and sales.
Requirements:

Ability to speak, read and write English

A personal vehicle and ability to drive throughout Winnipeg

Ability to stand and work with your hands
-
Ability to listen to and follow instruction from a direct supervisor

Comfortable with working outside
-
Comfortable working weekends if schedule permits
-
Valid Class 5 License
-
Certification or a degree within a related field such as environmental design, landscape design, garden design, etc.
Daily Tasks Include:

Data collection and organization
-
Drone operation and photography
-
Procuring material samples and delivering to clients, vendors
-
Participation in team meetings, and project reviews
-
Graphic design and content creation
-
Assist with all aspects of design as required
-
Liaise with clients, staff members and vendors
-
A valid class 5 license and access to a vehicle are required
-
The ability to communicate in English at a very high level is a necessity
-
Laptops as required to run LMN, Vizterra, and photo/video editing software
-
Assist in client relationship building
Required Skills:
-
Ability to adapt and learn software programs quickly
-
A general understanding of landscape design and construction processes
-
Ability to map elevations and complete site surveying
-
Work within the Google suite of business applications
-
Ability to work with current design programs
Length of Employment:
-
Monday to Saturday
-
Weather and schedule may require some Saturday work.

8 hours per day

Starting wage will be based on experience and skill set
